- Tea/Coffee & Hot Roll/Arrival at Course: Tea/Coffee and hot rolls will be served in the restaurant from 9.30am to 11.00am. Please attend at least an hour in advance of your Tee-time, to assist with the catering arrangements.
- Tee-times/Speed of play: Please be at the 1st Tee at least 5 minutes before your allocated Tee-time. Should any group start to fall behind the group in front by up to one hole (e.g. due to a lost ball) they should give way to the group behind.
- Meal/Prize-Giving: A two course meal will be served in the Restaurant on completion of your round and the Prize-giving will take place around 4.00pm to enable everyone to participate (Individual/Team Prizes available from Mearns Castle Golf Club and
